StayOnMap answers the first, helping people find a home on the map and deal with the owner directly, with no broker in between. Happenous, still in build, answers the second, helping people find the activities they love nearby and stay connected with the people who do them too. Both begin in the same place: a map, a neighbourhood, the people nearby.
